A very cute Russian Santa with little curls in his beard and frosted brown fur. He's very stout and dimensional with a winter troika scene painted on the front and toy bag thrown over his shoulder. Great face and eyes. This Russian Santa is hand carved from aged solid linden wood, dried for at least 2 years. Once carved and sanded the Santa is hand painted and finished in extraordinary detail with numerous coats and signed by the artist.
